News: SUV driver dies in collision after failing to yield in Kaukauna

KAUKAUNA, WI – A 77-year-old man driving an SUV failed to yield to another SUV driver, leading him to collide with the second car and to his death on Sunday. 

The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office told NBC-26 that this collision happened before 12 p.m. Sunday at the West Frontage Road and County Truck U (also known as S County Line Road) junction. 

After the two SUVs collided, the man, from Green Bay, succumbed to fatal wounds at the scene, while the other driver, a 35-year-old woman from Oneida, sustained minor injuries. 

Deputies have not released the man’s name and other details surrounding Sunday’s collision.
