OSHKOSH, WI – Authorities and crews have blocked both west and eastbound directions of Wisconsin 91 and Global Parkway beginning after 2 a.m. Wednesday.
511 Wisconsin officials were the first to announce such closures. At this time, they have not confirmed if anyone sustained injuries, listed the kind of people and vehicles involved, or provided an update regarding the scene clearance process or the reopening of lanes.
