ST. NAZIZANZ, WI – Wisconsin State Patrol identified the semi-truck driver who lost his life in a collision caused by a driver who ran a stop sign at Marken Road and CTH F last Tuesday

Officials told WBAY that it was 57-year-old Terrence Fesing from Chilton who passed away after his semi-truck rolled over. The source initially said Fesing was a 63-year-old man but later confirmed he was actually 57.

New information also revealed that it was 20-year-old Lesly Garcia Rivera who struck Fesing. She was said to have been airlifted to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah, where she was last said to have been recovering. Her current condition has not been revealed.

At this time, no formal charges have been filed against Rivera.
