SAINT NAZIANZ, WI – A  woman driving a car failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into a semi-truck, leading the semi to overturn and claiming the life of the truck’s driver Tuesday.

This collision happened before 9:30 a.m. at Marken Road and CTH F, according to WBAY. Upon arrival, Wisconsin State Patrol declared the semi driver, a 63-year-old man, dead at the scene and said emergency responders airlifted the car driver — a 20-year-old woman — to ThedaCare Regional Medical Center in Neenah.

The Manitowoc Sheriff’s Office, Newton Fire Department, and Saint Nazianz Fire Department also responded to the scene, providing aid.

The man’s name has not been released, and the woman’s condition has not been revealed.
