SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — A section of northbound Wisconsin State Highway 57 was closed Thursday morning following a collision on Wisconsin State Highway 57 in southeast Plymouth, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident happened at the intersection with County Highway U and was first reported by 511 shortly after 9:30 a.m.
Very few details have been released at this time, but all northbound lanes of WIS-57 in the area were shut down for over 50 minutes, suggesting a major or more involved emergency response.

By 10:22 a.m., crews had removed the scene from the roadway and all lanes were restored to traffic.
