WASHINGTON COUNTY, WI — Authorities were alerted to a collision early Thursday on Interstate 41 near Saukville, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident happened on the southbound lanes of I-41 at Exit 96 to Wisconsin State Highway 33. It was first recorded by 511 just after 4:00 a.m.

Details remain limited, but the left southbound lane was blocked for at least 45 minutes before crews were able to move the scene to the median.
By 5:14 a.m., first responders had cleared out of the roadway.

It was not immediately apparent whether anyone was injured or had to be taken to a hospital.
