MILWAUKEE, WI — A southbound Interstate 43 offramp was expected to be closed for an hour Friday morning in Milwaukee’s south side following a collision, according to WISN.
The accident was reported on the Exit 314 ramp from southbound I-43 toward South 5th Street, in the city’s Saveland Park neighborhood. The closure was enforced just after 8:30 a.m.
At this time, authorities have not disclosed the cause or nature of the crash, but a clearance time of 9:31 a.m. was projected.
It remains unclear whether anyone was seriously injured and/or had to be taken to a hospital.
