MILWAUKEE, WI — Two highway workers were struck by a vehicle Tuesday morning near an Interstate 41/94 entrance ramp in Milwaukee’s south side, reports TMJ4.
The accident happened on the northbound I-41/94 ramp from College Avenue, in the city’s Maitland Park area.
According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office, the workers were on the ramp when a vehicle approached and struck their vehicle, which then hit the workers.
While both workers were conscious and breathing when first responders arrived on the scene, no updates about their conditions have been shared.
