MANITOWOC COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident late Tuesday morning closed an Interstate 43 exit ramp near Cleveland, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash unfolded on the southbound I-43 offramp to County Highway XX and was first reported by 511 just after 9:00 a.m.
Very few details have been made available, but all southbound lanes remained blocked for nearly three hours.

By 11:49 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway, leaving all lanes open to traffic.
