RACINE COUNTY, WI — Four people were hospitalized on Sunday evening, December 24, following a two-vehicle wreck in the Town of Dover, according to TMJ4.
The accident unfolded at the intersection of County Highway A (Plank Road) and Wisconsin State Highway 75 (Beaumont Avenue), just before 5:30 p.m.
Kansasville Fire & Rescue Department (KFRD) officials say that crews arrived to find significant damage to both a Mercury Mountaineer SUV and a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck.
A female passenger who was left trapped in the wreckage had to be extricated before they were transported to a hospital in Mount Pleasant, along with three other people. While no information about their conditions has been shared, all victims are expected to survive.
An investigation into the cause of the wreck remains underway with the Racine County Sheriff’s Office.
