MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — One person was hospitalized Wednesday morning following a two-truck collision on Interstate 41 in Wauwatosa, reports FOX 6 Milwaukee.
The accident happened on the northbound side of I-41 approaching Burleigh Street, at around 8:00 a.m.
According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office, a box truck and a utility truck with an attached trailer were involved. Preliminary details indicate the utility truck rear-ended the box truck, causing its trailer to overturn.
While the box truck driver was not reported hurt, the driver of the utility truck was transported to a local hospital for a bloody nose.
Several lanes of traffic were blocked during the emergency response and investigation.
