WASHINGTON COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash was reported last Friday afternoon, November 24, on Interstate 41 near Allentown, according to 511 Wisconsin.
Authorities were called to the scene on the northbound side of I-41 at Exit 72 to Wisconsin State Highway 33. it was first reported by 511 at 12:41 p.m.
The cause and nature of the accident remain unclear, but the left northbound lane was closed for over 25 minutes as crews attended to the scene.

By 1:06 p.m., the accident had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were restored to traffic.
