MILWAUKEE, WI — Authorities were dispatched to a crash Monday evening on an Interstate 94 entrance ramp in west Milwaukee, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision took place on the onramp from South Hawley Road toward eastbound Interstate 94, in the Johnson’s Woods area. It was first recorded by 511 shortly before 6:00 p.m.
While the circumstances of the event were not immediately shared, two right lanes were initially blocked before the closure downgraded to just the far-right lane.

By 6:38 p.m., nearly 40 minutes after the initial report, crews had cleared the scene from the ramp.
