MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — Authorities were called to a wreck early Monday evening that blocked three right lanes on Interstate 41 in northwest Wauwatosa, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash took place on the northbound side of I-41 approaching Center Street, near Wauwatosa West High School and Whitman Middle School. It was first recorded by 511 at 5:43 p.m.
Although the cause of the accident remains unclear, the three-lane closure remained in place for over 15 minutes.

By 6:00 p.m., crews had cleared the scene from the roadway and all travel lanes were reported reopened.
