MILWAUKEE, WI — A school bus was involved in a collision Thursday morning in northwest Milwaukee that sent one person to the hospital, according to FOX 6 Milwaukee.
The crash unfolded near the intersection of North 60th Street and West Florist Avenue, in the city’s Havenwoods neighborhood. It was first reported at about 6:12 a.m.
An early investigation found that the school bus was making a left turn when, for reasons still unclear, it struck another vehicle.
First responders transported the driver of the passenger vehicle, 41, to a local hospital for unspecified but non-fatal injuries.
No injuries to the bus driver or anyone else has been reported, and officials did not immediately indicate whether students were aboard the bus at the time of the crash.
No further information has been made available.
