MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A woman was injured Tuesday evening due to a pedestrian crash near Liberty Heights Park in West Allis, according to Urban Suburban Fire Incident Reporting (USFiR2015).
The incident was reported in the 1400 block of South 60th Street, in an area northeast of the park and just south of Wisconsin State Highway 59. Dispatchers first received the call shortly before 7:27 p.m.
Preliminary details indicate the woman, believed to be in her 60s, was hit by a vehicle that was traveling at an estimated speed of 30 miles per hour.
Officials did not immediately disclose the extent of the victim’s injuries, but she was said to be conscious at the time of the initial report.
