COLUMBIA COUNTY, WI — Authorities were dispatched to a vehicle wreck Friday morning on Wisconsin State Highway 73 near north Randolph, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident happened on a span of WIS-73 between County Highway E (Blanecae Road) and WIS-33. It was first recorded by 511 at 6:43 a.m.
All northbound and southbound lanes of the highway were shut down for about 80 minutes following the initial report, suggesting a major crash and a more involved emergency response.

By 8:05 a.m., only the northbound lanes of WIS-73 remained closed. It was not immediately clear when the rest of the highway is expected to reopen.
