MILWAUKEE, WI — Two northbound lanes of Interstate 41 were closed late Wednesday in Milwaukee’s south side due to a collision, according to 511 Wisconsin.
Officials said the wreck occurred on the northbound side of I-41 at West Edgerton Avenue, in an area approaching The Gateway to Milwaukee. It was first reported by 511 at 11:11 p.m.
The two right northbound lanes remained blocked for over 40 minutes as crews worked to clear the scene.

By 11:55 p.m. all travel lanes had reopened to traffic.
