MILWAUKEE, WI — Authorities responded to a crash involving a school bus Thursday afternoon in northwest Milwaukee, according to TMJ4.
The accident happened at the intersection of North 44th Street and West Auer Avenue, in the city’s Sunset Heights neighborhood. It was first reported by TMJ4 shortly before 5:00 p.m.
While the circumstances of the event remain unclear, crews confirmed three students, including one in a wheelchair, were aboard the bus at the time of the wreck.
Authorities did not immediately disclose the conditions of the students or the driver, and no serious injuries have been confirmed.
An investigation remains underway.
