MILWAUKEE, WI — One person was critically injured early Saturday when their motorcycle struck a sidewalk in Milwaukee’s Bay View neighborhood, according to TMJ4.
The accident happened in the 2800 block of South Kinnickinnic Avenue (Wisconsin State Highway 32), near South California Avenue, at around 1:20 a.m.
Very few details have been released, but Milwaukee Police said the victim, a 34-year-old man, was operating a motorcycle in a northwest direction. At one point, he lost control of the bike, causing it to strike the sidewalk along Kinnickinnic Avenue.
First responders transported the rider to an area hospital where he was listed in critical condition.
No further information has been confirmed, as an investigation remains ongoing.
