SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crashed off a cliff and into a body of water late Wednesday morning in Sheboygan, killing a 56-year-old local woman, according to TMJ4.
The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office said the fatal incident occurred in the 700 block of Weiss Drive at about 11:14 a.m.
Witnesses told authorities they observed the woman’s vehicle travel off the roadway and then off a cliff before it entered the water.
The female driver and sole occupant of the wrecked vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her identity remains undisclosed at this time.
No other information has been released, as an investigation remains open and ongoing.
