WAUPACA COUNTY, WI — A single-vehicle accident Sunday morning in the Town of Lebanon claimed the life of a 39-year-old New London man, according to NBC26.
The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office said the fatal wreck occurred on Stage Road, near Larry Road. First responders were dispatched to the scene just after 6:30 a.m.
Preliminary details indicate the man was driving on Stage Road when he failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, causing his vehicle to collide with a tree.
The male driver and sole occupant was pronounced deceased at the scene, confirmed officials.
