MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — Authorities responded to a crash Wednesday morning on southbound Interstate 41/894 near southwest Milwaukee, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The wreck occurred on the southbound lanes of I-41 at mile marker 3, near the city’s West View area. It was first recorded by 511 at 10:26 a.m.
While the cause of the accident and the types of vehicles involved remain unclear, the two right southbound lanes were closed for over 80 minutes.

By 11:48 a.m., the scene had been cleared from the interstate and all travel lanes were reopened to traffic.
