KENOSHA COUNTY, WI — A collision was reported Saturday afternoon on Interstate 41 near the Illinois-Wisconsin state line in Pleasant Prairie, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The wreck occurred on the northbound side of I-41, north of the state line from Zion, Illinois. It was first recorded by 511 on September 16 at 2:16 p.m.
Authorities have not provided details indicating the cause of the accident or the number of vehicles involved, but two right northbound lanes were closed in the immediate aftermath.

By 2:41 p.m., more than 25 minutes later, crews had cleared the scene from the interstate and all lanes were restored to traffic.
