WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — Two people were injured Monday morning due to a crash that sent one vehicle off Interstate 94 near southwest Pewaukee, according to Waukesha Alerts.
The accident happened on a span of I-94 near North Grand Boulevard (County Highway T). Four City of Waukesha Fire Department units were dispatched to the scene shortly before 9:47 a.m.
While few details have been made available, officials said one of the two involved vehicles came to rest in a ditch off the highway.

By 10:20 a.m., it was confirmed that two patients had been transported to an area hospital for unspecified injuries.
It remains unclear what led up to the wreck, but a photo taken at the scene indicates wet weather conditions.
