MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A woman who died last Thursday, July 27, after being accidentally run over by a GPD vehicle in east Greenfield has been identified, according to TMJ4.

The fatal incident took place in the 5000 block of South 34th Street, near West Holmes Avenue, at about 6:30 p.m.

The Greenfield Police Department said officers were called to the area for a welfare check on a woman. The victim, 42-year-old Tracie Dorpat, was lying in the roadway when a responding officer, who did not see her, accidentally ran over her with a department vehicle.
