MILWAUKEE, WI — An 18-year-old died Saturday, August 12, when their motorcycle collided with another vehicle in Milwaukee’s north side, according to TMJ4.
Milwaukee Police said the accident occurred at the intersection of Holton Street and Chambers Street, in the city’s Riverwest neighborhood.
A preliminary investigation indicates one driver was heading northbound on Holton Street when they began turning right onto Chambers Street. During the turn, the teen motorcyclist tried to pass the vehicle on the right side, resulting in a collision.
The teen rider succumbed to their injuries at the scene, confirmed officials.
The other driver stopped after the crash and remained at the scene to be questioned by officers.
An investigation remains ongoing.
