KEWAUNEE COUNTY, WI — A 67-year-old man was hospitalized with serious injuries Wednesday afternoon after his motorcycle hit another vehicle on Wisconsin State Highway 42 in Kewaunee, reports WBAY.
The collision occurred on the northbound side of WIS-42, south of Terraqua Drive, at around 12:00 p.m.
Kewaunee Police Department officials said the man, a local resident, was operating a Harley-Davidson motorcycle northbound on the highway. At one point, for reasons still unknown, his bike collided with a Jeep Grand Cherokee.
First responders rushed the rider, who suffered serious injuries, to a Green Bay hospital. No information on his condition has been released at this time.
The driver of the Jeep, a 71-year-old Racine man, was not reported hurt.
An investigation by the KPD and the Wisconsin State Patrol remains underway.
