JEFFERSON COUNTY, WI — Authorities were called to a wreck early Tuesday evening that blocked a section of eastbound Interstate 94 near Oconomowoc, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident occurred on the eastbound lanes of I-94 at Exit 275 to County Road F. It was first recorded by 511 at 5:27 p.m.
Little information has been released, but the closure remained in place for nearly 80 minutes, suggesting a major crash and a more involved emergency response.
