COLUMBIA COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash late Monday morning closed a right lane on Interstate 39 in Portage, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The collision occurred on the southbound side of I-39 at Wisconsin State Highway 16. It was first reported by 511 at 11:27 a.m.
While the circumstances of the accident remain unclear, the right southbound lane of I-39 was blocked for over 30 minutes.

Shortly before 12:00 p.m., all southbound lanes were briefly shut down before the scene was announced cleared at 12:09 p.m.
