MILWAUKEE, WI — An 18-year-old driver died Wednesday morning after his car struck another vehicle and then a building in northwest Milwaukee, reports TMJ4.
The incident occurred at the intersection of North 35th Street and West Center Street, in the Sherman Park neighborhood. It was first reported at about 9:15 a.m.
According to Milwaukee Police, the young man was driving southbound on 35th Street when he ran a red light, causing his car to crash into a second vehicle. Following the impact, the first vehicle collided with a nearby brick building
First responders rushed the teen to an area hospital where he was later pronounced deceased. At this time, the victim’s identity remains undisclosed.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 35-year-old woman from Kansasville, was not reported hurt.
