MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI — A stolen vehicle crashed into another vehicle last Friday, July 7, in southwest Milwaukee during a police pursuit, according to Milwaukee County Fire & Police News.
The incident occurred at the intersection of South 43rd Street and West Lincoln Avenue. It was first reported at 9:11 p.m.
Preliminary details indicate West Allis police officers had been pursuing a driver in a stolen vehicle prior to the crash. After the fleeing vehicle struck an uninvolved vehicle, the driver fled the scene on foot but was apprehended shortly after. Authorities noted three other occupants had stayed behind in the stolen car after the wreck.
