WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — One person was hospitalized Saturday afternoon after a motorcycle crash involving another vehicle on Interstate 94 in Delafield, reports FOX 6 Milwaukee.
The collision took place on the westbound side of I-94 near Exit 287 to Wisconsin State Highway 83, near Shoppes at Nagawaukee II. It was first reported at around 3:00 p.m.
While authorities have not disclosed the events leading up to the wreck, the motorcycle rider was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
A section of I-94 westbound was blocked off during the emergency response and investigation.
At 5:00 p.m., about two hours after the initial report, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation announced the scene had been cleared.
