SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — Authorities responded to a vehicle crash Tuesday night that blocked all of eastbound Wisconsin State Highway 23 in northwest Plymouth, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The wreck occurred on the eastbound lanes of WIS-23 at County Road P. It was first recorded by 511 shortly before 9:00 p.m.
While the circumstances of the accident remain unclear, all eastbound lanes of WIS-23 were closed at the intersection for at least 25 minutes.

By 9:23 p.m., crews had cleared the scene from the roadway and all lanes were reported reopened.
