SHAWANO COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident Monday evening closed a section of Wisconsin State Highway 47/55 in north Shawano, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The wreck occurred on a span of WIS-47/55 at Frailing Road and was first recorded by 511 at 7:26 p.m.
Few details were immediately released, but both northbound and southbound lanes of WIS-47/55 were closed in the area as crews worked to clear the scene.

Shortly before 8:00 p.m., more than 30 minutes later, the entire roadway was reopened to normal traffic.
