MILWAUKEE, WI — A crash that appeared to involve a MPD vehicle was reported Thursday evening in Milwaukee’s Timmerman West area, according to TMJ4.
The collision occurred near the intersection of West Hampton Avenue and North Lovers Lane (North Mayfair Road/Wisconsin State Highway 100), just east of the Menomonee River Parkway. It was first reported at about 7:45 p.m.
Very few details have been released, but the Milwaukee Police Department confirmed two people were transported to an area hospital following the wreck. No information regarding their identities or conditions has been made available.
Photos captured at the scene show significant front-end damage to a dark-colored SUV and considerable damage to the passenger side of the squad SUV.
