WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A 76-year-old man died Sunday morning after a collision on Les Paul Parkway in southwest Waukesha, according to FOX 6 Milwaukee.
The fatal accident happened at the intersection with East Saint Paul Avenue (Genesee Road), near Waukesha Fire Station #3. It was first reported at about 10:00 a.m.
Officials have not provided details regarding the circumstances of the crash, but two vehicles were involved.
The victim received life-saving measures on the scene and was then rushed to an area hospital, but he later succumbed to his injuries.
An unspecified number of occupants in the other vehicle cooperated with investigators and were released from the scene. No other major injuries were reported.
An investigation into the cause of the wreck remains ongoing.
