MILWAUKEE, WI — Authorities responded to a vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon on an Interstate 43 exit ramp in downtown Milwaukee, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident impacted the Exit 72A ramp from I-43 northbound to West Michigan Street, in the city’s Westown neighborhood. It was first reported by 511 at 1:51 p.m.
No information regarding the cause of the wreck has been made available, but the ramp’s right lane was closed for more than two and a half hours.

Shortly after 4:30 p.m., crews had cleared the scene from the ramp and all lanes were reopened.
