MILWAUKEE, WI — One person was sent to Children’s Hospital Monday evening after a police pursuit led to a crash in Milwaukee’s Garden Homes area, according to TMJ4.
Milwaukee Fire Department crews were dispatched to the scene near the corner of North 24th Street and Capitol Drive at about 7:30 p.m.
Officials have not provided details regarding the circumstances of the chase or the collision, but photos taken at the scene indicate the driver struck a tree. Extensive front-end damage can be observed on a two-tone SUV.
The injured person has not been identified, but preliminary details suggest the patient may be a juvenile or young adult.
