MILWAUKEE, WI — Several people were left injured, one seriously, after a collision Friday evening on Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa, reports TMJ4.
The accident occurred at West Auer Avenue, outside of an At Home store. Wauwatosa Police responded to the scene at around 5:45 p.m.
Investigators said a driver in a Jeep was going southbound on Mayfair when the Jeep hit a Hyundai that was leaving the At Home parking lot.
First responders transported the occupants of the Hyundai to an area hospital. One of the victims suffered serious injuries.
The driver of the Jeep sustained minor injuries, but it was unclear whether they had to be taken to a hospital.
A section of the road was shut down for an extended time during the response and investigation.
