MILWAUKEE, WI — A 71-year-old man from Hartland was hospitalized Wednesday evening after being shot and crashing his car into another vehicle in Milwaukee’s Walker Square, reports TMJ4.
The events unfolded near the corner of South 12th Street and West Washington Street at around 6:45 p.m.
Authorities have not disclosed specific details, but the man was driving when he was shot, causing him to crash his vehicle into a second car.
The Hartland man suffered a non-fatal injury and was taken to an area hospital. No injuries to the other driver have been reported.
At this time, the Milwaukee Police Department continues to investigate the circumstances of the event. A search for unknown suspects is in progress.
