MILWAUKEE, WI — A vehicle accident was reported Monday evening on Interstate 43 near north Milwaukee’s Borchert Field neighborhood, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened on the southbound lanes approaching West Keefe Avenue and was first reported by 511 at 6:04 p.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the wreck, but the left lane was blocked in the immediate aftermath.

Shortly after 6:30 p.m., more than 25 minutes later, the scene was announced cleared with all lanes restored to traffic.
