CALUMET COUNTY, WI — The Calumet County Sheriff’s Office was called to a wreck Monday morning on U.S. Highway 10 near southeast Harrison, according to We Are Green Bay.
Officials said the accident occurred at the intersection with Wisconsin State Highway 55. It was first reported by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) at about 6:35 a.m.
Few details have been made available at this time, but the wreck caused a closure of the roundabout, with all lanes in all directions blocked.
It was unclear whether anyone was seriously hurt, but the closure was expected to remain in place for approximately two hours, suggesting a major accident.
An investigation by the CCSO was underway.
