MILWAUKEE, WI — Two people were hospitalized Tuesday afternoon after their motorcycle collided with another vehicle in northwest Milwaukee, according to TMJ4.
The accident happened at the intersection of North 84th Street and West Mill Road, in the city’s Menomonee River Hills area, at about 2:45 p.m.
An early investigation by Milwaukee Police shows one driver was making a right turn onto westbound Mill Road when their vehicle was hit by a motorcycle operated by a 47-year-old man.
The operator of the bike, who sustained serious injuries, was transported to a local hospital. Authorities said his passenger, a 31-year-old woman, suffered life-threatening injuries. It was unclear whether or not she was taken to the same hospital.
The other driver, who was not reported hurt, stayed at the scene after the crash and cooperated with investigators.
It was not immediately clear which party was at fault in the wreck, and no other details have been shared at this time.
