MILWAUKEE, WI — A man died early Monday after a single-vehicle crash in northwest Milwaukee that left three others hurt, one critically, according to TMJ4.
The collision occurred near the intersection of North 29th Street and Capitol Drive, in the Franklin Heights area, at about 1:15 a.m.
Milwaukee Police said the man was driving eastbound on Capitol Drive when, for reasons still unclear, his vehicle veered off the roadway and collided with a tree.
The male driver succumbed to his injuries while en route to the hospital, confirmed officials.
One of his passengers, a 35-year-old man, was also transported to the hospital in critical condition, along with two other passengers, women ages 21 and 28, who were listed in stable condition.
At this time, the Milwaukee Police Department continues to investigate.
