WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A vehicle crash Monday morning closed a left lane on Interstate 43 near southwest New Berlin, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident happened on the northbound lanes at Exit 54 to Racine Avenue. It was first recorded by 511 at 6:56 a.m.
As of this writing, authorities have not provided further information indicating the cause of the wreck, but the closure remained in place for more than 30 minutes.

By 7:30 a.m., crews had cleared the area and all lanes were reported reopened.
