WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — A vehicle wreck Wednesday morning closed a right lane on Wisconsin State Highway 59 near southeast Brookfield, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The accident occurred on the westbound highway (West Greenfield Avenue) at South Sunny Slope Road, near Froedtert Southslope Health Center. It was first reported by 511 shortly before 9:00 a.m.

In the immediate aftermath, the right westbound lane remained blocked for more than 17 minutes but was announced cleared at 9:17 a.m.
