SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI — A vehicle hit a utility pole before crashing into a home Wednesday evening in south Sheboygan’s Redwing neighborhood, reports FOX11 News.
The wreck took place in the 1400 block of Wilson Avenue, shortly before 6:30 p.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but the Sheboygan Police Department said the driver lost control, for reasons still being investigated, shortly before the pair of crashes.
A passenger in the vehicle later reported head pain, but it was unclear whether they were taken to a hospital.
A baby who was also in the vehicle at the time was found uninjured.
Officials said the impacted house only sustained minor damage, but a section of the road was blocked off as power company crews worked on repairs.
An investigation was in progress, but drugs and alcohol were not found to have factored into the wreck.
