WAUPACA COUNTY, WI — A vehicle accident Monday night blocked a left lane on a U.S. Highway 10 offramp in southwest Waupaca, according to 511 Wisconsin.
The crash happened on the ramp connecting the eastbound lanes of US-10 to Wisconsin Highway 22/54. It was first reported by 511 at 7:43 p.m.

By 8:17 p.m., half an hour later, the scene had been cleared from the ramp, with all lanes reopened to traffic.
