DAYTON, WI – The Waupaca County Sheriff’s Office told WBay that it was 18-year-old Dayton Tiegs from Waupaca who lost his life after his pickup truck crashed Sunday.
To recap, this crash took place before 11:30 p.m. on Crystal Lake Road and East Road. It is unclear what led Tiegs to lose control of his truck. However, when he drifted off the road and crashed his vehicle, the car rolled over, and he was ejected as a result.
First responders administered CPR to Tiegs, but he succumbed to fatal wounds a short time later.
